Just randomly ask a student on campus or a young man on the street what way he or she will usually choose to buy things and quite possibly,you may get answer that shopping online is his or her preferred way.Asking more people,you will find shopping online has become a craze,especially among today’s young man.Two reasons are responsible for this phenomenon.On one hand,we can buy what we need or like at home,not going out into the street.That is,it is more convenient for us to get goods by surfing the internet and we can spend more time in the things that mattered.On the other hand,things on the internet seem to be cheaper than those in the shop and shoppers prefer to buy things on the internet.To sum up,shopping online has become more and more popular and has been people’s favorite.

Just randomly ask a student on campus or a young man on the street what way he or she often choose or prefer to buy things and quite possibly,you may get the answer that the way that they use most often and they like best is shopping online.Asking more people,you will find shopping online has become a craze,especially among today’s young people.Two reasons are responsible for this phenomenon.First,they can buy what they need or like at home,instead of going out to the malls.In other words,it is more convenient for them to get goods by surfing the internet and they can spend more time on the things that mattered.Second,things on the internet seem to be inexpensive than those at the malls.To sum up,shopping online has become more and more popular and has been people’s favorite way to buy things,because it saves both people’s money and people’s time.

还是用 first off / first .second 较好.
2.cheap：暗含“便宜没好货”的意思.“便宜”一般可以改用 inexpensive,affordable.在这里可以说 shopping online is more cost-effective / online shopping saves you both money and time.
